This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Summit: Endless Climb ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. The App stores your game progress (high scores, settings, purchases) locally on your device.
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, as described below.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and app-usage information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
On first launch the App presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline tracking, ads are served in a non-personalized manner. In applicable regions, a consent form (Google UMP) is also shown.
Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
The App offers a "Remove Ads" purchase processed by Apple. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your height scores are submitted to a leaderboard. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You may disable Game Center in your device settings.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.
Local game data remains on your device and is removed if you delete the App. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
